About the Opportunity

Mploy Group is partnering with a growing, technology-led organisation based in Norwich that’s continuing to invest heavily in its digital platforms. They’re looking to bring in a Front End Developer with strong React experience to play a key role in building and evolving modern, scalable web applications.

The Role

As a Front End Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing responsive, high-quality user interfaces while working closely with backend developers, product owners, and cloud engineers.

You’ll be:

Building and maintaining modern front-end applications using React

*

Working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with backend services

*

Contributing to UI/UX discussions, technical decisions, and best practices

*

Collaborating within a cloud-first environment hosted on Microsoft Azure

*

Supporting the full development lifecycle from concept through to deployment and optimisation

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

*

Strong commercial experience with React (JavaScript / TypeScript)

*

Solid understanding of modern front-end architecture and component-based design

*

Experience working with APIs and integrating front-end and backend systems

*

Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally Azure

*

Clean coding practices and a strong eye for detail and usability

Desirable:

*

Backend experience with C# / .NET

*

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

*

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-style workflows

*

Knowledge of modern testing frameworks and front-end performance optimisation
