We’re recruiting a Junior Support Engineer to provide professional helpdesk support for prestigious legal firms in central London, with opportunities to work on projects such as rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and server migrations, earning up to £26,000 per annum.
Junior Support Engineer Role:
* Providing professional Helpdesk for Prestigious Legal firms in the central London area.
* Potential to be involved in many projects including rollouts, infrastructure upgrades and deployments, Server Migrations etc
Junior Support Engineer Skills Required:
* Exceptional customer facing service skills
* Very clear enunciation
* Calm under pressure - you must be comfortable dealing with High level demanding individuals.
* Good knowledge of modern Windows and troubleshooting skills
* Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office - to assist others and troubleshoot
* Mobile device setups, migrations to new handsets etc.
* Active directory / Entra and Microsoft exchange administration (Microsoft 365)
* PC Migrations - migrating user data to new machines etc.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity and troubleshooting of Apple Macs
* Basic Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, IP subnetting etc).
* Good experience of 365 / Intune / Conditional access
* Mimecast / email filtering / SPF working knowledge
Junior Support Engineer Pay:
£25,000 - £26,000 per annum
