What You’ll Be Responsible For

You own it.

• Full lifecycle project delivery
• Programme control and sequencing
• Commercial performance and margin protection
• Subcontractor management
• Client interface and reporting
• Health & Safety leadership on site
• Risk mitigation and issue resolution

This is boots-on-the-ground leadership.
You’ll be on site. In control. Driving outcomes.

The Project

Major onshore/offshore infrastructure works connected to a large-scale renewable energy development.

• Civil and electrical packages
• HV infrastructure and substation works
• Tight programme milestones
• Senior stakeholder visibility

This is not a ‘monitor from a distance’ role.
You’ll be leading from the front.

What We’re Looking For

You’ve done this before.

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure or energy projects
• Strong commercial awareness (you understand margin, not just programme)
• Comfortable managing multi-discipline teams
• Experience in HV / utilities / grid / renewables preferred
• Confident communicator with clients and senior stakeholders
