Project Manager - Planned Maintenance

The Role

A UK-leading Property Services company is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver retrofit works across the PA Housing on Street Properties. This is a key role managing multiple projects within a long-term, secure framework environment, focused on quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities include

* Managing multiple retrofit projects within a single framework

* Overseeing delivery of works across street properties and occupied housing

* Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners

* Ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 / retrofit standards (where applicable)

* Monitoring programme, cost control and commercial performance

* Acting as the main point of contact for PA Housing and other stakeholders

* Ensuring high standards of H&S, quality and customer care

* Reporting progress, risks and performance to senior management

About You

You’ll be an experienced Project Manager with a background in property services, social housing or retrofit delivery.

Essential

* Proven experience managing multiple projects within a framework environment

* Background in property services, planned works, or retrofit

* Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills

* Excellent organisational and commercial awareness

* SMSTS (or equivalent)

* Full UK driving licence

Desirable

* Experience working on retrofit or energy efficiency programmes

* Experience delivering works in occupied properties
