• Conductregular1:1sanddriveapositive,accountableteamculture
• Monitorprojectperformanceusingin-housesoftwareandpresentkeystatisticstothemanagementteam
• Buildstrongprofessionalrelationshipswithclients,resolvingissueseffectivelyandidentifyingcommercialopportunities
