Our client, a leading organisation operating from Bristol, is seeking an SC cleared Senior Safety Engineer to help shape and deliver critical safety solutions for complex land platforms. As a senior safety engineer, you will lead on the safety aspects of land system projects, ensuring compliance with safety policies and delivering essential safety artefacts throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as a trusted adviser, providing expert guidance on safety risks and solutions for complex systems, supporting both delivery and ongoing safety management.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Safety Engineering within the land domain, with proven success in delivering safety systems and acquisition engineering outcomes.
• Hold a relevant qualification at RQF Level 4 or above (HNC or higher) in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Professional registration through a recognised body (IEng, CEng, RSci, or CSci) is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in providing technical safety advice and leading safety activities for land systems projects.
• Due to timelines a valid SC security clearance is required.

• Location: Bristol (Hybrid working 2 to 3 days onsite per week)

• Duration:ASAP until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension
• Day Rate:£450 to £570 per day (ex VAT)
• Hours:7.5 per day
