Job Title: Temp IT Implementation Specialist
Location: On-site across care homes in and around Bristol
Day Rate: £275 - £300
Start Date: Immediately
Job Type: Temp - One Month Contract

We’re looking for an experienced IT professional (2nd Line level or above) to support the rollout of a new care management system across our care homes.

This is a hands-on, on-site contract role focused on:

• Device builds and Android enrolment into Microsoft Intune
• Migration from Cisco Meraki to Intune
• 802.1X Wi-Fi authentication testing and troubleshooting
• Integration with Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, user provisioning, RBAC)
• Testing care apps and alerting systems on shared devices
• You’ll play a key part in testing, configuring, troubleshooting and preparing devices ahead of go-live.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Building and enrolling Android devices into Intune (Shared Device Mode)
• Supporting MDM migration from Meraki to Intune
• Testing app deployment, compliance policies and conditional access
• Carrying out 802.1X authentication and certificate testing
• Configuring and testing Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Managing user accounts and access groups (RBAC)
• Supporting Microsoft F1 licence setup and MFA configuration
• Testing alert functionality from care-related applications
• Producing clear documentation and handing over to internal IT

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 2nd Line IT support experience or above
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (Android, Shared Device Mode, app deployment, policies)
• Experience with MDM platforms (Meraki  Intune ideal)
• Good understanding of 802.1X, Wi-Fi authentication and certificates
• Experience with Entra ID, SSO and user provisioning
• Understanding of RBAC and access management
• Strong troubleshooting and methodical testing approach
• Clear documentation skills
• Comfortable working on-site with frontline teams
• Able to work independently in a live project environment
