Lead Software Developer required by a successful software company with an international client base.

This is a hands on, Technical Lead level role. The technical focus is “full stack” working with C# and React.

The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for

• Full stack development with C# and React as part of the ongoing evolution of the company’s core SaaS product
• Evolving a traditional monolith architecture towards a modular monolith working with both onshore and offshore teams
• Mentoring and upskilling less experienced developers in the team
• Taking the lead on architectural and design decisions
