What am I looking for:

I am looking for a dedicated BMS SupportEngineer who has a desire to build a good working relationship with the client, hasa great aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills who is competent with Trend Controls. You will be from a BMS background with strong HVAC plant knowledge and electrical qualifications. The site has 2 permanent engineers based on it, that means there will be no pre-planned maintenance!!

Territory:

This role will require you to work on a prestigious Hospital in the South of London. You will be home based and partially mobile.

What the role requires

The role of Static BMS Support Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis

• Reactive Breakdowns
• Small Project Works
  • Software modifications
  • Graphic page modification and generation
  • Pre-commissioning, Point to point testing
  • Panel modifications
  • Commissioning on upgrade projects

What you can expect back:

• Basic salary £50,000k - £60,000
• Overtime averaging around £5,000-£10,000per annum
