Are you an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking business that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement? Were looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our clients established engineering team in Ripley. Working within a small, supportive shift team, youll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of machinery and equipment across a busy site. Youll take ownership of both reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks, while helping to drive proactive engineering and continuous improvement.

Hours: Monday to Friday | 3 shift weekly rotation 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Salary: £53,482pa
Location: Ripley

Responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance across manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose faults and conduct root cause analysis to minimise downtime
• Ensure all machinery operates safely and complies with health & safety standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and facility upgrades

Requirements:

• Maintenance Apprenticeship (minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical and electrical competencies: hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, PLC fault finding
• Experience using computerised maintenance management systems
