Title : Senior AI Engineer

Salary : Up to £80,000 D.O.E

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production ready NLP and LLM systems for a fast-growing technology company in a high-trust, regulated domain.

This hands-on role bridges research and real-world delivery, giving you the chance to turn experiments into reliable, scalable solutions that genuinely help people.

What you’ll do

Build and fine-tune NLP & LLM-powered systems

Take models from prototype to production-ready services

Create RAG pipelines, evaluation tooling, and prompt testing frameworks

Monitor performance, cost, reliability, and drift in live environments

Implement explainability and bias mitigation in sensitive domains

Collaborate across AI, MLOps, Data, and Product teams

Mentor junior engineers and help shape the team’s AI best practices

What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience shipping NLP/LLM models into production

Strong knowledge of fine-tuning, RAG, agents and applied AI

Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, drift detection)

Ability to turn research into robust, scalable solutions

Passion for using technology to make a real difference.
