Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

We are a well-established UK manufacturing and engineering business, operating within a precision engineering environment and supplying high-quality components to global customers. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical fault finding, repair, and maintenance of CNC machinery, PLC-controlled systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Planned and reactive maintenance to minimise equipment downtime
• Routine inspections including compressors and emergency lighting
• Supporting general site and engineering maintenance when required
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety requirements
• Mentoring apprentices and supporting junior engineers

About You:

• Time-served or qualified Electrical Engineer with a strong electrical bias
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Confident diagnosing electrical faults and working independently
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
• PLC and CNC experience desirable
