A leading defence engineering organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support NPI, prototype build, and full-rate production across high-profile programmes.

Key focus areas:

• Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement
• NPI from concept to production release
• CNC manufacturing (5-axis) & process optimisation
• Workshop, production line & facility setup
• Manufacturing BOMs, routings & BoEs
• Tooling, fixturing & capital equipment planning

Requirements:

• Strong manufacturing engineering background in regulated environments
• Proven Lean & NPI experience
• 5-axis CNC knowledge (HyperMill preferred)
• ERP/MRP experience (SAP or similar)
• SC Cleared
