Senior Electrical Engineer

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead electrical engineering activities across a portfolio of operations projects in Air Separation, HYCO, and Generated Gases.
• Define clear technical scopes, execution strategies, and deliverables in collaboration with project and plant teams.
• Identify, plan, and prioritise key electrical engineering outputs, ensuring realistic schedules and resource estimates are set.
• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teamsControls, Machinery, Process Safety, and othersto ensure accurate technical integration and manage design changes.
• Work with plant operations to develop strategies that allow modifications to be delivered safely while maintaining business continuity.
• Contribute to electrical safety reviews and risk assessments for plant changes.
• Provide senior technical support during Operational Readiness Inspections (ORI), commissioning, start-up, and performance testing.

What Were Looking For

• Strong technical expertise, ideally supported by a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in an operations or plant-based environment, with a practical, hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to provide on-site project and operational support.
