Change Delivery Manager

Blu Dog have been engaged to recruit for a growing engineering group who are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Delivery Manager. This role is predominantly to collaborate and align process for a number of key functions as well as a number of key projects throughout the group. General streamlining is required but they also have some duplication caused by new systems as well as the amalgamation of a number of new business who are now part of the group.

As a Change Deliver Manager you will:

• Investigate the business and functions, understand targets and plan how to achieve them
• Implement process improvements to eliminate errors, duplication and enable correct information flows
• Work on projects to a time frame while reporting on progress
• Document new process and roll out across the department and business

What Were Looking For?

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with Change Management and Process implementation
