As a key technical leader you will:

• Lead project teams and mentor engineers while ensuring design quality is robust from concept through to delivery and handover.
• Work alongside environmental design specialists using advanced modelling and BIM to inform decisions and optimise outcomes.
• Play an active role in client engagement and project strategy, helping shape engineering solutions that align with each project’s unique goals.

We’re Looking For Someone With

• Strong mechanical design experience in building services consultancy, with the confidence to lead on complex engineering packages.
• Expertise in heating, ventilation, HVAC and other mechanical systems, integrated within high?quality building design.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
• Enthusiasm for sustainable design, digital engineering and improving building performance.
