Overview

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for an experienced and motivated DMR Radio Engineer to join a growing technical team working across the Northern region (Supporting their Head Office in Hampshire).
This role supports a diverse customer base, providing delivery, installation, maintenance, and technical support for communication, security, and technology systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, varied environments, and involvement in high-profile events and projects.

What Youll Do

• Install, commission & maintain equipment
• Provide remote & onsite technical support
• Complete surveys, reports & documentation
• Support events (some weekend work)
• Join a 24/7 call-out rota

What Youll Need

• Strong technical mindset & customer focus
• Valid UK driving licence
• Basic IT networking knowledge (desirable)
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Essential: Strong working knowledge of Motorola Digital Mobile Radio (DMR)
• Desirable: Experience with Hytera, Icom, Kirisun and/or Caltta radio systems.
• Flexible with travel & occasional overnight stays

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000£40,000 DOE
