Your Role

• Lead technical delivery offlood risk management,coastal adaptation, andwater resource projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliverhigh-quality outcomeson time and within budget.
• Work onFlood Risk Assessments,Drainage Strategies,SUDS designs, and more.
• Mentor junior engineers and graduates toward professional qualifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensuresmooth execution and commercial success.
• Drive innovation inriver restoration,drainage, andsustainable infrastructure.

What Were Looking For

• Chartered Engineer with ICE, CIWEM, or similar.
• Strong experience inflood and coast sectordesign and appraisal.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.

Desirable:

• Client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity withNEC PSC contractsand FCERM Appraisal Guidance.
• Passion forsustainable solutionsand net zero goals.
