Senior Modelling Engineer Southampton, Hampshire - Semiconductors

This role is ideal for ahands-on engineerwho thrives at the intersection ofmodelling, system analysis, and hardware experimentation.You will play a key role in shaping futurehumanmachine interface (HMI) technologiesthrough rigorous research and practical engineering.

You will be part of a team working onR&D of current and next-generation HMI technology, collaborating closely withsystem architects, IC design, firmware, and system validation teamsto ensure a consistent modelling-to-hardware flow.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience inhigh-level modelling and simulation of complex systems
• Strong knowledge ofDigital Signal Processing (DSP)
• Solid understanding ofASIC design, mixed-signal systems, and related analysis tools
• Proficient withversion control systems(e.g., Git, Subversion) and familiar withAgile development methods
• Proactive, curious, and collaborative, with a passion forknowledge sharing and learningacross all levels
• Proficient intwo or moreof: MATLAB, Simulink, Python
