Are you an HVAC Engineer working in the planned and reactive maintenance sector, happy to carry out remedial works, small installations, and minor projects? A well-established client, managing a range of commercial and domestic properties across the region, is recruiting a HVAC Maintenance Engineer due to the award of several new sites along the Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, some parts of Wiltshire. The Role As an HVAC Engineer, your responsibilities will include: · Planned and reactive maintenance within plant rooms and communal areas of commercial properties · Fault-finding and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning plant · Carrying out water temperature checks and Legionella testing · Servicing pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and other plantroom equipment · General plumbing tasks, including TMVs, flushing, and like-for-like replacements · Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company standards Candidate Requirements Qualified in one of the following: · Mechanical - Air Conditioning, Gas, or Commercial Plumbing · Electrical - Minimum Level 2 · Previous experience working in a commercial plant room environment · Passionate about planned and reactive maintenance and service delivery · Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently For further information about the role and the company, please apply now or contact Gary Cornes for a confidential discussion.
