Locations

Manchester or Sheffield (hybrid working available)

Overview

My client is a well-established, multidisciplinary building services consultancy with a strong UK presence and a growing workload across the built environment. They are seeking senior-level Building Services professionals at Senior, Principal, and Associate level, offering the opportunity to take a leading role in technical delivery, client engagement, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of Building Services projects across a range of sectors
  • Act as a technical lead within Mechanical and Electrical disciplines
  • Manage client relationships and contribute to long-term account development
  • Oversee project quality, programme, and commercial performance
  • Support, mentor, and develop junior engineers
  • Contribute to business development, bids, and strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a Building Services consultancy environment
  • Strong technical background in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience delivering projects at Senior / Principal / Associate level
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Leadership capability or clear potential to progress into a leadership role
  • Chartered or working towards chartership (desirable)
