About the Role

167 Solutions is working in partnership with a well-established and growing Salesforce Partner to appoint an experienced MuleSoft Engineer / Integration Consultant.

This role sits at the heart of complex digital transformation programmes, delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems. You will play a key role in solution design, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement, working across the full lifecycle from discovery through to production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Lead the technical delivery of API-led connectivity architectures (System, Process, Experience APIs)
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements
• Develop and maintain integrations using Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, REST/SOAP APIs
• Configure and manage deployments across CloudHub and/or Runtime Fabric
• Implement security, governance, and API management best practices
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing, release management, and production deployments
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance existing integrations
• Clearly communicate technical designs and delivery progress to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience delivering MuleSoft integrations in enterprise environments
• Proven expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager)
• Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with REST, SOAP, RAML/OpenAPI, JSON, XML
• Strong DataWeave development and transformation experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment models
• Ability to manage both design-level architecture and hands-on technical delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Certifications (Highly Desirable)

• MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 (Mule 4)
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, System Architect, or Integration related) are advantageous

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a consulting or Salesforce Partner environment
• Exposure to AWS or Azure integration services
• Pre-sales or client workshop experience
• Background in large-scale digital transformation programmes
