What do I need?

• Experience designing, installing and supporting IT service desk workflows and systems ideally with technologies like - Service Now, Freshworks, ManageEngine, BMC Helix, Cherwell or similar
• Core knowledge on infrastructure tools like - Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL, SQL Server or PKI and Certificate Management
• Scripting skills with tools like -Powershell, SQL, JavaScript or Similar
• Experience working in ITSM/ITIL environment - Certifications are highly desirable
• Experience working with on - prem, hybrid cloud and cloud native environments
• Eligible for high level DV clearance - if not already certified
