Job Description

We are seeking antechnical Architect witha strong PHP and digital platforms background to define and govern enterprise-wide architecture, ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and owntechnicalarchitecture standards, principles, and roadmaps
• Translate business strategy into target-state application, integration, and data architectures
• Provide architectural governance across PHP-based and multi-technology ecosystems
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise platforms and APIs
• Guide solution architects and engineering teams on architecture decisions and best practices
• Evaluate and rationalise applications, tools, and platforms across the enterprise
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, performance, and availability requirements
• Support investment decisions through technology assessments and business cases

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in PHP and modern frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) within enterprise environments
• Proven experience in enterprise application and integration architecture
• Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and microservices architectures
• Experience with data architecture, MDM concepts, and system interoperability
• Knowledge of security, governance, and enterprise controls
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Security, Risk) and influence decision-making
