The Role

My Client is seeking for a Night Shift Engineer to support a busy FMCG manufacturing site in Coventry. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining production efficiency through effective reactive and planned maintenance.

• Reactive and planned maintenance across food processing and packaging machinery

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding on production equipment

• Supporting line start-ups, changeovers and night shift operations

• Completing PPMs and engineering documentation

• Working safely in line with food hygiene and site procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Time-served or Level 3 qualified Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled)

• Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing preferred

• Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach

• Comfortable working independently on nights

• Good awareness of health, safety and hygiene standards
