We’re building and scaling several modern software products across web, mobile, and internal systems — and we build AI-first.

This role is for a developer who already uses AI as part of how they think and build, not just as an occasional helper. Someone who enjoys shipping, taking ownership, and solving real problems end-to-end.

You’ll work across React Native mobile apps, modern web platforms, and internal tools. You’ll have clarity on what needs building, but autonomy over how you build it.

This isn’t a rigid, ticket-driven environment. You’ll be trusted to make good decisions, move quickly, and care deeply about quality.

As the product suite grows, there’s clear scope to shape how things are built and to grow into a more senior or lead role if that’s where you want to go.
