Expleo are recruiting for an Automotive Integration Engineer, to ensure all customer expectations for Towing and Carrying, are met or exceeded, this is achieved through attribute target setting and verification sign-off, requirement decomposition, using both virtual and physical test methods. This role is based at a globally renowned Luxury Automotive OEM in Warwickshire and is offered on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities of the Integration Engineer include:
Ownership, management, validation and development of vehicle level towing and carrying requirements and targetsEnsure robust SMART requirements and targets are cascaded and acceptedEnsure clear status for towing attributeSupport the development of towing and carrying features and designs for future vehicleConduct benchmarking studies
Skills Required for the Integration Engineer position:
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering disciplineExperience in towing trailers and using trailer towing hardwareBackground in vehicle level Towing & Carrying development, testing and validationKnowledge of automotive technologies or systemsBackground in engineering test activities
