About The Role:

We are looking for a new Field Technician with a minimum of 2 years’ service experience to join our MPS engineers walking team.

Accountabilities:

• Working with Canon, Ricoh and Kyocera products on a daily basis
• Effectively investigating and rectifying faults of customer’s equipment at their premises in line with service guidelines
• Completion and preventative maintenance either on fault calls or dedicated visits
• Completion of work within the given response schedule and to a consistently high standard
• Installation of machines, including networking and operator training
• Being personable, approachable with the clients and colleagues by having excellent customer service skills and having an ability to build lasting professional relationships
• Working closely with Call Control Team.

About you:

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working in a MPS field technical support (minimum 2 years)
• To be able to demonstrate competence in photocopier maintenance
• Completion of manufacturer training courses
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
