We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile global outsourcing programme, taking the organisation from RFI/RFP through to implementation. This role requires a delivery-focused PM with strong governance, stakeholder management, and experience operating in complex, international environments.
Key responsibilities
End-to-end project ownership, from initiation through delivery and handover to BAU
Leading and coordinating RFI and RFP processes, including vendor engagement and evaluation
Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and delivery governance
Managing multiple workstreams across global teams, time zones, and suppliers
Driving clear decision-making through senior stakeholders and steering committees
Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints
Ensuring a controlled transition into operational service
Essential experience
Strong background as a Project Manager delivering complex change programmes
Previous experience delivering outsourcing initiatives (ideally IT or service-based)
Proven experience working in global, multi-region environments
Confidence running formal procurement and supplier selection processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
Structured, pragmatic approach to delivery with a focus on outcomes

550- 600 per day
Outside IR35
Initial 6-month contract (extension likely)
