The Role

Join a high-growth fintech innovator transforming Private Markets and Wealth Management. We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to architect and scale agentic AI solutions. You will lead the integration of LLMs into complex trading and fund administration systems, moving beyond prototypes into production-grade financial tools.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in Software Engineering (Python/TypeScript) with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Tech Stack: Extensive hands-on Azure experience and deep practical knowledge of LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini).
• Innovation: Practical understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-calling for LLMs.
• Domain: Proven experience with financial data. Familiarity with trading platforms or fund admin is a major plus.
• Leadership: Ability to mentor engineers and drive AI strategy with senior stakeholders.
