Overview
A UK‑based CRM consultancy is seeking a Senior HubSpot Consultant to deliver end‑to‑end HubSpot implementations. The role centres on CRM design, data migration, and integrations, working directly with clients through discovery, delivery, and optimisation.
Responsibilities
Lead HubSpot CRM implementations across marketing, sales, and service
Review existing systems and define CRM architecture approaches
Design and manage data structures and system integrations
Plan and oversee data migrations
Advise clients on HubSpot configuration and automation
Work alongside delivery and technical teams
Support junior consultants where required
Experience Required
3+ years’ hands‑on HubSpot implementation experience
Experience with data migration and integrations
Understanding of CRM data architecture
Ability to manage multiple client projects
Confident client‑facing communication
Desirable
HubSpot certifications
Experience using APIs or integration tools
Exposure to data modelling or reporting
Experience delivering training or workshops
