Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of an experienced RF Design Engineer to join a team developing advanced RF and analogue electronic solutions for high-impact, mission-critical applications.

What you’ll do

Design, simulate, and develop RF and analogue circuits across a wide frequency range

*

Integrate, test, and debug RF systems to optimise performance

*

Contribute to design reviews, technical documentation, and risk management

*

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in an agile engineering environment

*

Support project delivery through accurate estimation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement

*

Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices

What you’ll bring

*

Degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience)

*

Proven experience in RF circuit and system design

*

Strong skills with RF simulation and PCB design tools

*

Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and lab integration

*

Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex technical challenges

Desirable

*

Experience from LF to X-band designs

*

Knowledge of receivers, LNAs, and high-power amplifiers

*

Exposure to low SWaP-C solutions and harsh environments

*

Familiarity with regulated or defence-related engineering domains
