Data Domain Lead - Site Operations

We’re looking for a Data Domain Lead to drive data governance, agile delivery, and cross -functional alignment for Site Operations. You’ll manage the Site Ops Data Domain - powered by Snowflake and Collibra - to deliver trusted, integrated data that enables data-driven decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead agile delivery of data integrations and products.
• Oversee ingestion, modeling, and publication of curated datasets.
• Define and enforce data standards and governance.
• Align Site Ops data with enterprise-level strategies.
• Communicate roadmap progress and foster data literacy.

What You’ll Bring

• Expertise in data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
