We currently have a great opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a privately owned maintenance provider. The company has a great working environment which is backed up with a great staff retention rate.
The role will be covering planned and reactive maintenance building services across a portfolio of properties across London and surrounding areas, covering commercial, high end residential and retail properties.
The successful engineer will hold a good all-round experience of building services holding Electrical / Mechanical / A/C / Plumbing qualifications with the ability to work independently.

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
Tap Temperatures
Flushing
Water treatment
Filters
Belts
AHUs, FCUs
Air Conditioning
Pumps
Sprinklers
General Building Services tasks
Requirements
City and Guilds / NVQ Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / Air Conditioning / Plumbing
Building Services Maintenance experience
