Senior Engineer - Hybrid

Hybrid working - 3 days per week in Redhill and 2 days per week in London (Monument)

£47,000 per annum

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Engineer who wants to take a step into a more office-based, senior technical role without losing touch with engineering delivery.

This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer or senior technician who enjoys solving technical problems, reviewing designs, and supporting project teams - and is now looking to apply that expertise in a more strategic and advisory capacity.

You’ll act as a trusted technical authority, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing senior-level technical advice and guidance across multiple projects
• Reviewing and approving designs, drawings, reports, and technical documentation
• Acting as a go-to point for complex technical queries and problem-solving
• Supporting collaboration between site teams and office-based stakeholders
• Helping to improve processes, standards, and best practice across the business

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or Senior Technician
• Strong technical knowledge with the confidence to challenge, advise, and guide
• Comfortable working in an office-based environment with regular collaboration
• Clear communicator who can work effectively with engineers, project managers, and site teams
