OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Lead React Native Developer to take a senior leadership role across multiple development squads working on a mobile application focused on tracking stock market trading activity.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee 3 development squads, each consisting of 46 developers plus a QA.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Drive best practices in React Native development, architecture, and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and technical stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure efficient team workflows, sprint planning, and progress tracking across all squads.
• Guide the team in delivering a robust, scalable mobile application for stock market tracking.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading large teams or multiple development squads in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in React Native, including architecture, performance, and app optimisation.
• Background in mobile app delivery from concept through to production.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
