Your new role
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery skills and a background in Operational Technology (OT) and Cybersecurity. This role sits within a major energy sector programme, supporting product managers, shaping delivery processes, and ensuring teams stay aligned, prioritised, and productive.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams
• Support product managers in defining processes, shaping product pipelines, and capturing demand
• Run workshops, planning sessions, and prioritisation activities
• Help teams structure and manage their workload effectively
• Ensure delivery practices align with OT and Cybersecurity requirements
• Promote transparency, flow, and collaboration across the organisation

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and Kanban environments
• Background in OT and Cybersecurity
• Experience working within the energy sector (highly desirable)
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to support product managers with process definition and pipeline creation
• Strong JIRA expertise for workflow, reporting, and backlog management
