What youll be doing

• Leading multi-season, end-to-end product development
• Partnering closely with Design, Product, Technical & Sourcing teams
• Driving materials, construction, fit, performance & sustainability decisions
• Managing critical paths, samples, fit sessions & wear testing
• Collaborating with factories & suppliers to solve challenges and improve efficiency
• Coaching and mentoring junior developers

What youll bring

• Proven Product Development experience delivering commercially successful products, end-to-end, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or sports sectors
• Deep understanding of product construction, manufacturing & costing
• Confidence working cross-functionally and with global suppliers
