A long-standing client with multiple located HQ’s are looking to add a talented IT Support engineer to their existing team of 8 people. As an IT Support engineer you will face be customer facing dealing with both ongoing support and project work for their customers. They are a full-service consultancy so offer a broad range of support including networking, cloud infrastructure, Desktop setup, Cyber security & much more meaning this role will be varied and suits a strong all-rounder.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of IT issues and would suit someone who doesn’t want to be stuck in a specific niece. If you enjoy varying your knowledge in IT and want to be exposed to multiple different areas of support, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Key skills:
Strong experience with MS Office 365 & Azure AD administration
Desktop support and deployment experience (Windows10/11)
Knowledge of cloud support - Azure and/or AWS
Experience in network support and deployment (Routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls)
Windows server system administration
Experience setting up desktop infrastructure
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Beneficial skills:
Experience in an MSP environment
VM-Ware and Hyper-V administration & troubleshooting
Software/application support experience
Experience with project work or data migrations
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and monitor time spent on each task to charge back to the customer effectively
