Multiskilled Maintenance Technician - Electrical Bias

EQUANS are looking for an experienced, electrically-qualified Multiskilled Maintenance & Service Technician to join the on-site team supporting Kingston University’s student accommodation portfolio. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll carry out a wide variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, helping to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple student living sites, including Seething Wells and Kingston Hill. This is a varied role covering electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general building tasks, with the support of a wider maintenance team.

A company van is provided for travel between sites (work use only).
