Palantir Solution Architect (Manager)
Location: Remote-first, UK-wide
Salary: Up to £120,000 base (DOE)

We are recruiting an experienced Palantir Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, large-scale data solutions. This is a senior role suited to someone from a consulting or professional services background, with strong experience delivering Palantir-based solutions in client-facing environments.
You will provide technical leadership across multi-skilled agile teams, shape end-to-end solution architecture, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions
- Own functional and non-functional solution design across complex data platforms
- Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to productionise robust, secure, and scalable solutions
- Engage directly with client architects and senior stakeholders to define, challenge, and agree solution designs
- Provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams and teams
- Contribute to pre-sales activity, including solution design, estimation, and technical assurance
- Define and promote architectural standards, best practice, and governance
- Mentor, coach, and line-manage architects and engineers
- Remain hands-on where required, setting technical direction by example
Essential Experience
- Proven Palantir Foundry experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles
- Consulting / professional services background delivering complex client engagements
- Experience leading architecture for large-scale, data-intensive platforms
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures (ingestion, transformation, storage, orchestration, consumption)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Strategic architecture capability including roadmaps, trade-offs, and risk management
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java or Scala
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing technical teams
Desirable
- Data governance, lineage, provenance, and master data management
- Technology evaluation and product selection
- Event-driven and data integration patterns (CDC, messaging, streaming)
