What will you be doing?
2nd line support using ManageEngine ServiceDesk
Manage backups, anti-virus, and server security
Assist with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and virtualisation platforms
Provide user support across Windows 10/11, iOS and Android
Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks, 24/7 cover)
What do we need from you?
Strong experience with Windows operating systems and AD
Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and hybrid AD environments
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 platforms
A proactive approach to IT security and problem solving
