Digital Project Manager (with Marketing Focus)
Location: Warrington – 3 days per week on-site
Salary: £60,000 – £67,000+ DOE
Type: 12 Month FTC

We’re partnering with a leading organisation undergoing major digital transformation, and we’re looking to appoint a Digital Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will suit an experienced project professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex, cross-functional environments and wants to deliver visible, commercially meaningful change.

This is a high-impact position at the centre of the digital roadmap, leading three flagship programmes that are critical to sales growth and customer experience strategy:

• HubSpot – Sales & Marketing Automation
• E-commerce Replatform
• e-Billing Transformation

You’ll take ownership of multi-workstream delivery, aligning diverse stakeholders, working closely with external development teams, driving momentum, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high technical standard.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, delivering complex, multi-system digital projects end-to-end
• Strong technical understanding across web, CRM, marketing automation and/or e-commerce platforms
• Background in B2C eCommerce environments, with a clear understanding of trading, customer journeys, and revenue impact
• Experience working with or alongside external development partners and agencies
• The ability to communicate clearly and confidently – you’ll be an excellent stakeholder manager and translator between technical and non-technical teams
• Experience operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments, and the ability to flex between the two depending on project needs
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal/InfoSec and external suppliers
• Experience with some of the following: HubSpot, Shopify/Magento/modern e-commerce platforms, digital billing portals, GA4,
• Confidence running full project governance including planning, RAID management, change control, benefits tracking and reporting
