This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a high-profile commercial contract based in London Bridge. The successful engineer will be mechanically qualified and will work a continental shift pattern covering days and nights, as part of a large, established on-site maintenance team.
You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works, and emergency response across this prestigious site, which forms part of a flagship commercial estate for the business.

Duties
PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance
Pumps (bearings, mechanical seals)
Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
Tap temperature monitoring
Requirements
Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent
Apprenticeship trained (desirable)
Minimum of 5 years’ building services maintenance experience
Strong client-facing skills
Driven, organised, and methodical approach
Package
£50,000 – £52,000 per annum
