Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background? Our client is seeking a Project Leader to join their Flight & Integration Test Centre team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile project developing a control room to monitor lab test means, supporting the validation and certification of aircraft modifications. You’ll be working in a dynamic, transnational environment, collaborating across multiple sites to deliver innovative solutions that optimise test means and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities as Project Manager

• Lead the development of a control room for lab test means.
• Manage project delivery across time, cost and quality metrics.
• Define the Statement of Work and establish governance structures.
• Steer project execution and monitor performance indicators.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities.
• Report progress to external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong project/programme management experience (PMI certification is an advantage).
• Solid engineering background with technical knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
