The role will involve:
Leading complex patent portfolios in electronics and AI
Advising clients on patentability, infringement, freedom-to-operate and IP strategy
Handling contentious matters, oppositions and enforcement actions
Building and maintaining client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Mentoring and developing junior attorneys and associates
Contributing to business development and driving practice growth
About you:
Fully qualified UK and/or European Patent Attorney with significant post-qualification experience
Strong technical background in Electronics, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
Proven track record in handling complex, high-value patent matters
Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
Experienced in mentoring and leading teams
