Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a leading main contractor with a strong track record of delivering high quality projects. This contractor are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major retail construction project based in Inverness. The project is due to start in February and will run on a long-term basis, with further projects already in the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project to completion
- Oversee programme, budget, quality, and health & safety performance
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks, variations, and change control
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail or commercial construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders effectively
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and H&S regulations
- Relevant construction or project management qualification (preferred)
