Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a leading main contractor with a strong track record of delivering high quality projects. This contractor are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major retail construction project based in Inverness. The project is due to start in February and will run on a long-term basis, with further projects already in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project to completion
• Oversee programme, budget, quality, and health & safety performance
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks, variations, and change control
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail or commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders effectively
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and H&S regulations
• Relevant construction or project management qualification (preferred)
