Business Analyst - Microsoft 365 Power Platform

Glasgow 2 Month Contract (+ potential extension)

Up to 450 outside

We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead the discovery and analysis required to shape a potential Microsoft 365 Power Platform service. The role focuses on understanding current configurations, defining future requirements, and producing insights that will guide strategic decision‑making.

The post‑holder will work across directorates and with external stakeholders to ensure accurate capture, analysis, and use of information to support business and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and documentation of business requirements for a potential M365 Power Platform service.
• Analyse existing configurations, including functionality and data flows.
• Work closely with technical teams supporting the M365 platform.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
• Produce high‑quality artefacts: process maps, user stories, specifications, gap analyses.
• Ensure alignment with organisational digital strategy and national health/social care standards.
• Support agile delivery teams with clear requirement traceability.
• Contribute to business cases and impact assessments.
