Must Haves

Minimum 2 years experience in software development

Strong SQL skills

Experience working with ERP systems or similar business-critical platforms

Solid understanding of software development principles

Logical, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to assess problems holistically, identifying patterns, edge cases and system impact

Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach

Proactive, curious attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset

Nice to Haves

Experience developing within Priority ERP

Python or JavaScript development experience

Exposure to system integrations and complex business processes

Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Familiarity with construction, utilities, or operational environments

So, what will you be doing?

Designing, developing and testing ERP modules, features and integrations

Customising and extending Priority ERP to support evolving business needs

Writing clean, efficient, reusable code with clear documentation

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the ERP environment

Working collaboratively with the development team to refine and improve solutions

Engaging with stakeholders across the business to understand system requirements

Ensuring all developments align with overall system architecture and performance

Contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and system design
