£35,000 - £40,000We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer in South West London! Great chance if you’re looking to avoid commuting to Central London, you’ll be joining a well renowned building service provider offering valuable career progression, on-going training and job satisfaction.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, general fabric / carpentry duties, liaise with subcontractors, update site logbooks and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided
Maintenance Engineer Duties:
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites
Perform plumbing and water system maintenance (taps, valves, toilets, leaks, pipework, water treatment, tap temperatures)
Maintain legionella control and awareness
Service and repair AHUs and FCUs
Conduct plant room inspections and general building checks
Test and maintain emergency lighting and fire alarms
Undertake fabric and general maintenance works as required
Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
At least 3 years experience within commercial building maintenance
Client facing attitude
Proactive and positive work ethic
No formal qualifications required but would be desirable
Salary and Package:
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm / 10am - 7pm
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Parking on site
